Superb location right in the heart of Kuta. Across the road from the beach.....lots of local food vendors are nearby and the new Kuta Shopping Mall Beachwalk Shopping Centre is only 150 mtrs away. Room had access to a plunge pool, which was super convenient to cool off after a day of activities. Staff were super helpful at all times...

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond from the time that we arrived right until the end, the staff are definitely a credit to the hotel. It is clean and tidy with the facilities clearly labelled. The beach is literally on the doorstep and there are many places to shop, browse, eat and relax at.

The room was bright and roomy. The bed was super comfortable. The pillows were really soft. I also loved that the room had mirrors almost everywhere. Loved the shower area too -- they got bottled shampoo and body wash on the side (I personally do not like squeezing out from packaged tubes). They even provide you with bath salt! It was a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Friendly English speaking staff. The pool on the top floor. Great 👍 for the kids too. Concierge service. Right across from the beach. Just a few minutes from shopping center and many restaurants nearby.

The hotel has a great location, maybe the best one in Kuta. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, interesting design with the sinks separated with a curtain. Nice infinity pool on the roof with exceptional view to the beach and the ocean. The staff was very friendly. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel is amazing, breakfast is on the side of the pool. The view is great and everyone is helping. I needed to leave at 6 Am and they provide me with food. Facility like Spa and pool are amazing. All staff (except reception) are just amazing.

Brilliantly located across the road from Kuta beach. With a mini mart and bottle store downstairs. And within close walking distance to many, many stores, restaurants, bars, the 5GX slingshot, laundromats and everything else you desire. Some of these being next door, under 1 minute walks. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and accomodated tours, transport and much more! The pool on the 4th floor roof, overlooking Kuta beach, provided stunning scenery. Overall, a fantastic stay for 7 nights.

BREAKFAST: There are a large variety of food available, however the food don't really hit home -- my family of 6 agrees with me. They have sweets, toast, fruits, fresh eggs and soup, they are all tasty but gets boring really quickly after 1 or 2 days. BEDROOM: Was comfortable, though some rooms had 2 twin beds combine together which makes the bed bigger but awkward for some couples. There are no exhaust fan for shower+toilet (they have a small window for it but without the fan, it can get moist or smelly). The room was spacious and quite clean, but 1 of our beds felt dirty like it wasn't cleaned (there was even a blood stain inside the futon - disgusting! but the hotel quickly rectified). They don't provide face towels? That's a first for me. LOCATION: Right in front of Kuta Beach. Minutes walk away from the main room for food, massage, etc. INTERNET SPEED: Adequate. Not fast but good enough to use. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Was top notch. No complaints. EXTRAS: I really love how they have a small section at front counter for guests to drink fresh and cold tea. Refreshing and hits the spot. NOTE: If you're travelling to Ngurah Rai International Airport, we left 3 hours before flight time (e.g. flying 12pm, we left 9am). This gave barely enough time (able to checkin successfully and get a coffee to go, but no time to sit and relax). FYI You cannot bring drinks+yogurt once through scanning section (and they won't give you time to gobble it down).

After coming to Bali for the 8th time I would have to say Kuta Beach Heritage is the perfect place to stay. We were celebrating our anniversary and made us feel special and very welcome. The entrance from the road doesn’t do the hotel justice but once you step inside wow! The hotel and room is SPOTLESS and the staff where amazing. The breakfast team Surya, Nita and Puja went above and beyond to accommodate my husbands food intolerances and the selection is vast. The location is walking distance to all the shopping in the area and meters from the beach. We will DEFINITELY be using Kuta Beach Heritage as our base next time we are in Bali. A big THANK YOU
